Why This Reference Exists
Florida makes many nonexempt arrest and booking records available, but the systems answer different questions. HCSO creates the county booking record and photo and runs Arrest Inquiry. The Hillsborough Clerk records the filed court case and disposition. Florida Department of Corrections publishes records and corrections photos for sentenced state offenders, while BOP and ICE cover different federal populations. This site organizes those official routes and explains what each source can and cannot establish. It does not copy or display collections of booking photographs.
What Readers Can Find
The focus is practical access with the official office first. Available topics include:
- The home page's complete HCSO mugshot, booking-record, current-roster, and recent-arrest search path.
- Hillsborough County most wanted notices, warrant-check limits, and safe tip channels.
- Separate Tampa, Plant City, and Temple Terrace pages built around each police department's real public information route.
- Steps for requesting an HCSO booking record or photo and an arresting agency's incident report.
- FDC, HOVER, BOP, ICE, news, and private-source distinctions, with the custody stage stated for each.
Limits of This Site
Hillsborough County Busted Mugshots is privately operated. It is not connected to HCSO, Orient Road Jail, the Florida Department of Corrections, a court, or any other government office.
- We cannot release, hold, or transfer anyone in custody.
- We cannot post bond, arrange a visit, or send funds for a visitor.
- We cannot confirm live custody or provide legal advice.
- We cannot guarantee that an agency's hours, charges, or contact details have not changed.
Only the responsible sheriff, jail, corrections agency, or court can confirm current status and issue an official record.
Search Partner Disclosure
Some pages contain search boxes supplied by outside providers. Those companies control their own results, data practices, and prices. If a partner tool leads to a paid registration, this site may receive a referral fee that helps keep the reference available. The fee does not change the official-source guidance, and this site cannot control or guarantee a partner's response.
